Carlsbad Prep Academy
Carlsbad Prep Academy will undertake and carry on its educational activities without regard to race, age, creed, color, national origin, gender, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or lineage, or citizenship status. Carlsbad Prep Academy will not discriminate based on any of these characteristics in administering its educational policies, admission policies, and other school-administered programs. The school will make its nondiscriminatory policy known, as required by law, to the public school district in which it is located, by publishing a notice of its nondiscriminatory policy in a newspaper of general circulation or a broadcast medium that serves that locale.
